Why Host?
Your helpers are doing some of the most important work in your community. They also carry some of the heaviest loads — often without adequate support, mentorship, or peer connection.
When helpers are supported, they stay. They grow. They become the leaders your community needs.

What hosting looks like...
Your community provides the space and catering. We handle the programming and facilitation. Helpers attend using their professional development dollars.
Hosting means welcoming young Indigenous helpers from across the region onto your land — introducing them to your territory, your leadership, your story. And your helpers get the same in return. As sessions rotate across communities, they'll travel to other reserves, walk other lands, and build relationships across the region. There's real pride in opening your doors, and real richness in what comes back.
