What this is.
Helping the Helpers brings together Indigenous frontline workers in their 20's and early 30's for gatherings that rotate across communities in Mid and Southwestern Ontario.
Each session weaves together traditional teachings, guests, practical skills, and real peer connection — on different lands, with different communities, building something that stays with you long after the day is done.
This is not a one-time workshop. It's the beginning of a community.
Who it's for.
Young Indigenous helpers who are still growing into their roles and looking for connection, grounding, and growth. If you've ever felt like the road you're on is a lonely one... this was built with you in mind.
