Art Studio & Expressive Art Circles
GUIDING YOU BACK TO YOUR TRUE NATURE WITH ART
WE HAVE VEERED AWAY FROM OUR TRUE NATURE.
We are all born creative however, as we age we forget how to let go and listen to our playful inner child.
Overwhelmed by schedules, responsibilities, or fear of not being good enough, we lose touch with our creativity which leaves us feeling exhausted, frustrated, uninspired, and lacking confidence.
As Parents & Partners this affects our relationships, work, productivity, finances, and health.
As a Youth, this affects our ability to do well in school, to ask for what we need, to engage in healthy relationships, to get a job, or to plan our future.
As employers, uninspired, exhausted, unwell employees affects our access to a balanced workforce, to deliver quality products, and maintain a healthy bottom line.
So how do we get back to our true nature?

More about what we do...
Expressive Art Workshops use art, intuition, and play to help participants be more relaxed, present, creative, and connected to themselves.
Through these workshops we provide the space for participants to express and understand emotions using a creative process. What makes this offering unique is the combination of creativity with traditional Indigenous practices, teachings, and knowledge.
Workshops are currently offered for individuals, teams, and organizations and are hosted in our intimate home studio by the woods, in the community, at corporations, and on First Nations communities.
