Expect friendly faces, sharing circles, snacks, a nourishing traditional Indigenous meal, gentle yoga, abstract art (no skill or experience necessary), a guided nature walk, and reflection in this relaxing retreat.

Heather Cabral

Heather is a member of Pikwakanagan First Nation, a speaker, life and business coach, expressive arts facilitator, strategic consultant, a mixed media artist, and founder of Inspired by Nature. Heather's mission is to help guide you back to your true nature: that place of peace, calm, and connectedness that is always here but somehow lost in a hyper-speed, overstimulated, and distracted world.

Leigh Shand

Leigh has been teaching yoga, meditation and Ayurveda for nearly 15 years. She also recently completed a program at Fanshawe College where she trained as a naturalist and forest guide. One of Leigh’s gifts is blending her passions – wellness and nature – for a unique and memorable experience.

Both Leigh and Heather find great joy in supporting women, hosting circles and holding space for others to grow and flourish.
